Delete my account
You can delete your LornaTV account and related data.
Steps
- Open LornaTV → Settings.
- Request account deletion (dedicated option in account settings).
- Or email support@lorna.tv from the address linked to your account, clearly stating your deletion request.
Data and timelines
Deletion typically covers the Firebase account (email, UID), profiles, related encrypted playlists, and sync data (favorites / history) tied to the account. Processing may take up to 30 days. Apple purchase receipts remain managed by Apple.
