Terms of Use
1. Service description
LornaTV is a multi-platform IPTV client / player edited and published by OpRews (sole proprietor, trade name OpRews). It lets you connect your own IPTV provider (Xtream Codes, Stalker/Ministra, M3U + XMLTV). LornaTV does not sell or provide channels, movies, or series. You bring your own playlist or provider subscription.
2. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Authentication may use email, Sign in with Apple, or Google.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use LornaTV only with content and subscriptions for which you hold the necessary rights. Piracy, illicit sharing of provider accounts, or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Premium and in-app purchases
Premium subscriptions and purchases on Apple platforms are handled by Apple (App Store). On Windows, Premium subscriptions are billed and managed via Stripe (the Microsoft Store is used to download the app, not to bill the subscription). Prices shown at purchase prevail. Apple management: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Stripe management: via the LornaTV app, the Stripe confirmation email, or support@lorna.tv.
5. Limitation of liability
Stream availability, quality, and legality depend on your IPTV provider, not LornaTV. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpRews / LornaTV is not liable for outages, provider data loss, or unlawful content supplied by third parties.
6. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the Delete account page). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Cancelling a Stripe or Apple subscription follows the rules of the relevant payment provider.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Competent Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
